Kpowerguidance doesn't get installed with KDE, nor is it available via
apt (I have enabled all repos, including restricted). However,
Kpowersave is available via apt. it seems to actually be a regression
from Klaptop for my needs, but someone who wants very advanced
configuration options for different situations may like it.
In either case, the end result is the same: on resume from suspend
I've no IO devices.
