Konqy and view profiles

More on this (it's been frustrating me too).
When you use session management, and konqueror automatically restarts at
login time it does _not_ remember the view profile. So I have to reload
the view profile to get back to my preferred options. To _save_ a profile
you must have a profile open. So you have to load a profile - either from
the command line, as above, or with the "load view profile" menu option,
then you can save it with a different name using "configure view profiles"
