I'm fairly sure, but I can't guarantee it. I only have Outlook at a client
site, and I won't be back there for a while, and haven't used OE for a
while.

You could, but that means you also have to manually handle putting in the
quote indicators. It's so much easier to let it quote everything, then
cut.
