I haven't tried it, but people have been saying good things about
APTOnCD (http://aptoncd.sourceforge.net/).  Does that look like what you
want?

Thanks, Matt.  I will take a look at APTOnCD. (I used Active@ ISO Image 
burning software on the Windows machine to make my CDs of Kubuntu Feisty.)

Regarding the networking:
I will start another thread, and retire this one.
