Kubuntu On PowerMac G4?

Yes, I believe so

 but have not personally tested.  However, you should be aware that
Canonical has discontinued official support for the PowerPC version
(https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-announce/2007-February/000098.html)
beginning with Feisty.
