**Thank you for the valuable advise. I wanted to upgrade the KDE 3.5.5 to
3.5.6 but could not get the sourse from which it was available.
Please also advise if unused space on a harddisk can be transferred to the
partition where Kubuntu is installed.
I have Win XP on C partition and D + E are free. Would like to add space to
the Kubuntu partition.
Dont want to format the disk and reinstall if it can be avoided.
