Kubuntu With USB Wireless Adapters

I have a one og those linksys wireless G internal cards, sold over at
office depot for about $19.99.  Now Edgy does not recognize what it is,
says unknown, but it is smart enough to find out it is wireless.  I went
to System Setting--> Network Setting, configured the wireless essid to
my regular one under ath0, disables and reanabled the card back and it
has been working ever since.  That was done over three months ago for
the first time.  I have been installing different packages and scripts
and other components have failed, but not this one so far.

I never even thought about even saving the manual, but I will oepn the
box and check the model when I get a chance.
