anyone running Kubuntu & vmware, or kubuntu & codeweavers?

I run both.

vmware server works (VMware-server-1.0.2-39867.tar.gz) fine and so does 
codeweavers.

What I don't like about crossover if how the window manager interacts 
with KDE, dialog window "focus" usually is a mess.
