Kubuntu and CUPS?

Hi List;

I'm a newbie to Kubuntu. I've always used the cups interface (localhost:631) 
to manage my printer with other distros I've run. I'm preparing to try 
Kubuntu. Can I continue to use the CUPS interface to manage printers or am I 
forced to use some other printer interface?
