Suggest to disable artsd by default

Amarok already supports using artsd for output. You set it up in the Engine options. I use it myself because the ALSA driver for my sound card does a really crappy job of converting sample rates, and when I play an 44.1KHz sample rate internet stream on my 48KHz driver it crackles. Playing through artsd solves this problem.

I expect that Kaffeine can also play through artsd, but I haven't tried it.
