Fat32 Defrag?

Here's a sugestion: if you really need to keep the fs in fat32, it's because 
you use it in Windows - which has a defrag. Do the defrag there.

I suspect if you could, you would format it with a linux fs. Anyway, have you 
checked on ext2 driver for windows?
