In my experience Kmail/Bogofilter does not work very well. I would try
Kmail with either Spambayes or CRM114. Both are in 7.04 repositories and
work reasonably well. At the moment I use CRM114 though it takes more
"tinkering" to install than Spambayes.

Spambayes - just install from Adept or apt-get or aptitude or whatever.
Then fire up Kontact/Kmail and run "Tools/Anti-spam Wizard".
