To Kubuntu, or not to Kubuntu? That is the question!

I have struggled for many, many weekends to try and get my scanner to
work - Epson GT-7000 SCSI. I finally gave up, and just go back to
Windows if I need it. Since I have to use Windows at work :-( I find
it difficult to work entirely in Kubuntu. As someone said in this
thread, it's like learning a new language. If you live with it, it
comes quickly. If not, you keep taking lessons and progress very slowly.

Ian,
Still on Dapper.
