Take a look at this page and scroll down to the section called
"Webbrowser: Firefox, Mozilla, Galeon, Konqueror,..." located under
"Anonymizing various applications."

It basically says to manually setup the proxy config to 127.0.0.1 on
port 8118 in konqueror's proxy configuration window.  I am assuming
that you already have tor and privoxy installed.
