Please give the full version number.  Your statement about version 9 had me 
running to the adobe site to see if I'd missed two whole versions worth of 
updates somewhere.

I believe you are referring to 7.0.9.  Which with one exception here, works 
very well indeed.  The exception is reversed printing order for those of us 
who do duplex the hard way, doesn't work on either odd pages or even pages, I 
forget which cuz its been a few months since I ran into that.  However, 
kprinter I believe does get that part right, so if you need that, then print 
to a postscript file and filter that through kprinter.  For me its just as 
easy to tolerate my duplex output with page 1 face down on the tray.
