USB hotplug

Hi,

I am trying to run an installation script using both USB-NET and
Bluetooth PAN functions.

In previous versions I would put this entry in /etc/network/interfaces

allow-hotplug usb0
mapping hotplug
script grep
map usb0
iface usb0 inet dhcp

Now allow-hotplug has no effect. I need to use:
auto usb0
which is a bit of a crock because it is a hotplug device.

Additionally dhclient3 does not die after the USB cable is removed and
also the Bluetooth dongle.

Can anyone help with how to use the new udev version of hotplug?

Thanks

Grahame Jordan
