2checkout is the company taking the payments for the laptops and they explain 
how they try to protect the customer in these transactions.

I'm not standing up for anyone here, and I have no interest in the laptops but 
2checkout's  job in life is to be a go-between on deals like this and it 
appears that although they have questions too,  they are sure they can 
protect the customer.   If 2CO gets a bad rap from some vendor, it would hurt 
them bigtime.
