This hardly sounds "too good to be true", though.

That's all obsolete hardware, except the Wifi. I can by a laptop from Dell
this week for CDN$569, with:
- AMD Athlon? 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology TK-53
- Genuine Windows Vista? Home Basic
- 15.4 inch Wide Screen XGA Display with TrueLife?
- 1GB DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz, 2 Dimm
- 80GB Hard Drive
- 8X CD/DVD Burner (DVD+/-RW) with double-layer DVD+R write capability
So, US$150 sounds pretty good, but not too good to be true. I'll look
forward to actual reviews. It wouldn't be a good enough system for my
requirements (and I don't drive my computers as hard as many people) but it
would suit my mother :-)
