nvidia pb, reflesh rate different when login - kubuntu 7.04

Hi ,

I have a weird problem with my refresh rate using nvidia (proprietary) 
driver.
when login normally , ,my refresh rate is 60Mhz, when login with the 
recovery console and start KDE with startx , the refresh rate is correct 
(85Mhz). Why there is a different behavior like that , how can I fix it ?
