Firefox dying out

I had this problem and I was able to trace it back to  Adblock Plus.
This might not be your problem at all but it might be some other addon
that is buggy.
I had subscribed to about five different filters.  I went ahead and
uninstalled it, then went though the config files and deleted every
trace of it.  
After a day of browsing without it, and having no problems, i
reinstalled it, and sure enough the problem returned.  Needless to say,
I got rid of it again and the problem went with it.
Note: I do not use addons much, use to have only to, Now I only have
one; Image Zoom.  I use it to check the output quality of the images i
add to my web design and catch any trouble before the client complains.
