No, he's not.  This is a _cooperative_ support group.  That means that we
need the users who want some support to try to help.  Perhaps I could have
been kinder to him, but when he can't even be bothered to make a legible
post, I have no time for him - and few others will.  At least I tried to
point out to him why he isn't likely to get help.

Again, I disagree.  Linux is NOT out to get market share.  Most of us
couldn't care less about the market.

Good motto (actually it's "pay it forward" - see the movie of the same
name), and I spend a lot of time every day helping people here and on other
groups.  But they have to try to help themselves.  When they refuse to even
use an email quote function (I expect he was posting in HTML, but I just
don't care enough to find out), they're not helping themselves.
