Why are packages being held back

With or without help, I am not quitting.  Maybe it was different for 
you, but I have been reading and typing in attempts to help myself day 
after day.  Sometimes with success.  I expect no such file exists or 
something equivalent even after spending a couple days trying to 
understand the tutorial.  Every once in a while I will have success, 
however, I am not totally confident, because I think when you do it 
right, the computer just waits for new instruction.  It sure would be 
nice for just one time to have bells and whistles ring and an audible 
voice say, "you finally did it stupid, you actually made something 
happen and right.  I would make copies of it and post it on the wall to 
remind me that the next 200 errors after trying were worth it.  It seems 
a little like golf.  You can hit it in the rough all day long and miss 
every put, but if you knock it in just off the green on the 18th hole, 
you are definately going to be up at 5am and on your way to the course 
tomorrow.  I can see what an incredible pain in the neck it must be, so 
I PROMISE, when I finally get, I will pay back for all the trouble I 
have caused.  Whether or not you help or even try, help someone for the 
good of the goal.  You guys are great!
