Decent replacement for Kuickview in Kubuntu 6.10 which has Fit to Window and Advance PgUp/PgDown

Hi
I'm running Kubuntu 6.10 and noticed Kuickview is no longer available. 
I'm looking for a viewer which I can quickly go through my holiday 
snaps. My wants:

* none or minimal window declarations
* fit-to-window mode which can be set to stay on for images larger than 
the last window size.
* PgUp/PgDown controls, which ar quick (Kview seems awfully slow for 
some reason!)

Gwenview seems ok, but fit-to-window will not stay on, and the window 
declarations are huge.
Any ideas appreciated!
