Yeah, Scott Mazur gave the real answer a few posts up:

It's right there on the first page on Dapper's Konqueror, and I remember this 
dialog being here since quite a long way back.  I just forgot about it.  No 
idea if it's the same in newer versions of KDE, but chances are it's similar.
