It shouldn't be a problem. If Kontact is running, Korganizer will open
inside Kontact. If it isn't running, then it will open on its own.

The OP didn't say that Kontact was running when he tried to open Korganizer.
But on re-reading his post, that could be what he meant. I guess we'll just
have to wait and see...
