Why on earth would you reply to A DIGEST - quoting the whole thing - to ask
a new question??????

You don't deserve a response but you need to add this to
your /etc/apt/sources.list, and use apt not dpkg.  I'm fairly certain
Oracle tells you that.

deb http://oss.oracle.com/debian/ unstable main non-free

Please try to behave in future...
