Konqueror and extentions

Maybe this is the newbie query of the year but have not really found 
something useful on this in forums or websites;
I am trying to use Konq more and more to avoid having more than one 
browser open (read FFox) but find it damned irritating with a couple of 
things;
1: cant use my favourite Extentions such as Flashblock,
is there any way of doing this or any plans on including it?
2: Where is RSS Live feeds or are they left out for some reason? And yes 
, I know about Akregator.
