Change it, take screenshots, etc, vote.  It's mainly done on IRC, as
then it's real time.  Often this is done in the Kubuntu Meetings (on the
fridge calendar, and info posted to kubuntu-devel at l.u.c).  Perhaps I
should start sending those messages here too.
