Hmm. Galaxy, Julia, FadePlot, and Hopalong worked (though slow because
I'm using a generic driver), though I don't seem to have Lorenz
Attractor. My install is gNewSense-KDE 1.1 (Kubuntu Dapper with
proprietary code removed). Are you using the Ubuntu xscreensaver package?
By the way, I generally use xscreensaver exclusively with ElectricSheep
(http://electricsheep.org/) which is a great screen saver (with an
Ubuntu package). All the clients render jpeg frames with constantly
changing algorithms. Then the jpegs are formed into mpegs on the server
then distributed to clients, which play them while rendering (i.e. while
the computer is idle). It's based on the quote "Androids dream of
electric sheep".
