Errors making eagle-usb module

I'm trying to set up for my new broadband connection.  I'll be getting a
Sagem F at st800 modem and need the eagle-usb module to run it.

I installed the debs for the eagle-* packages and followed the
instructions for using module-assistant to make the kernel module.  I 
originally attached the log file with errors, but that caused a bounce 
as the e-mail was too big.  I can post it again, if you need it.

I can't find the libxslt-proc deb (so there'll be no documentation) or
the adictrl deb (not sure what that's for...).

I'm somewhat out of my depth here.  I just follow the instructions and
hope it all works.  When it doesn't, I'm lost.
