Diffs with kdesvn (Subversion client)

I took a look, and I think I would just swap "kompare" for "gvim -d" in the 
configuration dialog, and leave it to kdesvn to supply the necessary 
arguments.  It would probably work, I expect.  I didn't actually try it, 
because I don't have gvim.
