A GUI client for SQLite database on Kubuntu

Really?  It looks to me as if it's strictly about building its own
databases.  Can you really use it to connect to an existing database?  It
appears to want to actually copy all of the data (from a MySQL or
PostGreSQL db only) to its own storage.
