webcam

Hi,

I am using Kubuntu 7.10 on a AMD64 computer and Kubuntu 7.10 on a hp compaq
nx6110.

I checked the Ubuntu Wiki and found that A4Tech PK-5 webcam is supported and
works with 7.06, and I purchased one. On both computers, when I plugged it
to usb port nothing happened. When I checked with lsusb I got:
oyo at oyo-kubuntu:~$ lsusb
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0ac8:303b Z-Star Microelectronics Corp. ZC0303 WebCam
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
When I tried to start Camorama I get a message saying "Could not connect to
video device (/dev/video0) Please check connections". spca5xx and gspca are
installed on both of my computers.

How can I use this webcam?
