kubuntu 7.10 is really suks to install !

I also had a problem with the "upgrade" process, but a clean install was
a dream.OK, upfront this is a 3+GHz computer with 1.5G memory.

On my laptop, a 1GHz I did have a problem. I tried to use the "live" cd.
Bad idea. The "alternative", which in my opinion should be the preferred
install, worked like a dream. At that time I had 512K memory so

Kubuntu 7.10 set up everything on the laptop. Had a minor issue with
WiFi but that cleared up VERY quickly with just a tweak or two. I'm
totally impressed with Gutsy.
