It's not really about my personal experience, but how I was tricked into 
spending my hard earned money on something that made a claim that they knew 
was not completely true. There's really no other word than "shady" that I 
could use unless I started using the word "deception". But then I would be 
lying because Lexmark was not totally lying. In other words when you look at 
a product and think about buying it, but you have very serious doubts because 
of trust issues, then I call that shady.

Epson and HP are not in my book shady, because I can walk into a store and buy 
one of their printers without giving it a second thought whether it works 
with linux or windows.
