TOR / building packages

Anyone know a trustworthy mirror where I can get fresh feisty debs of TOR? 
(current is 0.1.2.16, feisty has 0.1.1.x)

Probably I'll end up sooner or later building my own debs, so: who knows a 
good howto? Last time I made a deb is ages ago.
