Konqueror -- just enter an ftp://..... url (ftp://user@.... for
non-anonymous[*] ftp), and drag files to the desired local dir -- the
only gotcha is if for non-anonymous ftp the machine at the other end is
a VMS box (at least last time I tried) it couldn't hand VMS paths.

[*] that's double negative it should be nonymous ftp!
