Kimdaba and USB mass storage

The camera works fine as an USB storage. PTP is indeed some protocol,
and I can switch the camera to work as either a PTP or an USB. Digikam
lets me have a "pure" USB Mass Storage (and I point to the directory
where the camera is mounted). However, kimdaba does not have a plain
USB storage.
