Hello everybody,

I have a strange problem with my WLAN-Interface on my Thinkpad R60 using
Kubuntu 6.06 Dapper

Problem:

Without problems i could configure my WLAN-Interface and it worked quite
fine for a couple of days (I used wlassistant which is a gui for
iwconfig). After activating the Autostart for this connection in the
KDE-Network-settings, my connection needs several minutes to connect
(after reboot).

/var/log/messages :

I read several posts in the internet where people solved their WLAN
problems with patching their kernel. But I don't think thats the
solution for me, because my WLAN was still working. Does anybody know
which files are affected by the KDE-Network-Settings-Dialog?
My be I can restore them manually

thanks for help...
