Bash Scripts-HowTo

Hello Again List,
I've only ran scripts a couple of times(.sh files) and
what I've used under Debian doesn't seem to work in
Kubuntu. I've read the man bash, sh and regret having
done so. There very geeky and totally useless for me.
Also did the info thing. Here is what I tried before
and again now but wont work:
# !/bin/sh <file path name>
$ sudo !/bin/sh <file path name>
Then just trying things:
$ sudo /bin/sh <file path name>
$ sudo !/bin/sh <file path name>
$ sudo ! /bin/sh <file path name>
Nothing seemed to work. Got "command not found" or
nothing as output. One of the commands may have worked
but could't tell for sure.
Would appreciate the correct command and syntax so
that I don't lose any time trouble shooting a DHCP/DNS
issue envolving resolvconf and also any links to a
good Kubuntu wiki or howto for running script files,
so that I may improve my knowledge on the subject.
Thanks for any suggestion,

Leonard Chatagnier
