Installing F-Spot in Kubuntu

I've gotten libmono-cairo2.0-cil and mono-gmcs installed by adding
Universe, but libmono-sqlite2.0-cil seems to be out of my reach. I'd
rather not install it from source as I prefer to let apt handle my
packages to avoid conflicts.
