Changing themes

If you are running KDE with only Ubuntu's "System Settings" in the KMenu, then 
you should upload the original KDE Control Panel. As a long time user of KDE, 
I installed my right from the start, as I did not know that Ubuntu decided 
that theirs was good enough.

Aside from that, In the KDE Control Panel, under Appearance and Themes, you 
will find a theme manager. There you have a GUI to install and manage themes.
