I tried "pmount /dev/sda1 camera" and got:

   Error: device /dev/sda1 does not exist

I have no /dev/sda* devices listed when the reader is plugged in.

This issue isn't crucial; I can successfully plug the camera in directly
to transfer pictures. However, I'd prefer to use the card reader, and it
bugs me that the reader works in Windows and not in Linux.  :-(

Any other ideas?
