Include wpa_gui in Feisty per default

Hi all,

After trying to write a config for wpa supplicant that works with wpa2
personal (with ipw2100 and a linksys accesspoint) for about an hour, I
discovered that there is a gui for wpa_supplicant (the packages is
called wpagui).

This makes it almost as easy as on osx or windows to configure
wireless lan on kubuntu! So my suggestion: Include it in Kubuntu
Feisty and polish it a bit (wpa_supplicant needs to be automatically
started, if the gui is started, there needs to be some documentation,
etc)
