Konqueror Edgy Behavior

Sorry, I sent that message without testing.  Just seemed like reasonable
name for the control.  Just tested it here, and it didn't have the
behavior (in fact, I don't see that control do anything).  Might be a
bug, maybe file it in launchpad.
