Changing to root in konqi

Konsole is a different kind of beast.  It is not really changing *its* 
privileges, sudo or su - change the privileges in the vt that is displayed 
within a konsole window.  Likewise creating a root tab is not really a change 
in konsole privileges per se, but rather the launching of a root vt that is 
captured within a konsole window.
