Changing to root in konqi

Apologies in advance if anything I type is incorrect.

One of the unique features of Ubuntu and Ubuntu-based
distros (Kubuntu, Edubuntu, Xubuntu, et al) is
basically a lack of a Root user.  All users on the
system have to accomplish Root tasks through SUDO. 
This can be a little annoying at times (ie. running
KPackage or a KDE program that expects some commands
to be run as root rather than sudo).
