Upgrading to Dapper

I'm not interested in the installer or partitioner. I already have a 
system (64 bit) running Breezy.
I asked how easy is the upgrade by changing my /etc/apt/sources.list 
form entries that contain 'breezy' to 'dapper' and then doing 'sudo 
apt-get upgrade' 'sudo apt-get update'.

So is it easy and uneventful? And what about udev?
