Print to File (PDF) does not appear in Firefox

I find kprinter apps print slower than printing directly to cups via lpr. My
suggestion would depend on how much the user needs to print to other than the
default printer. If there is a frequent need, follow JJL's instructions to
set up ff to use kprinter. If not, I print to a ps file using ff's dialog,
then from a command line,
ps2pdf <input_filename>.ps <output_filename>.pdf
Like I said, depends on how often you need to do it.
