Ok, I can't answer the question you asked, however I have a tip that may help 
you find an answer.

Start a new message and post it to the list.  Replying to an existing message 
and changing the subject doesn't change the threading of a message.  
Standards based email clients place your message underneath another thread 
that may have long since been ignored by someone who could answer your 
question.
